  • Notify us of any changes to their NDIS plan or contact details

Participants remain responsible for decisions regarding the selection and engagement of service providers.

Lantana Plan Management will process approved invoices submitted by participants or providers in a timely manner. Payments are subject to:

  • Availability of sufficient NDIS funding
  • Compliance with NDIS pricing arrangements
  • Receipt of accurate and complete invoice information

We reserve the right to reject or delay invoices that:

  • Fall outside NDIS guidelines
  • Contain incorrect or incomplete information
  • Exceed available participant funding
  • Relate to unsupported or unauthorised services

 

  1. Fees and Charges

NDIS plan management fees are generally funded separately within a participant’s NDIS plan and do not impact other support budgets.

Any additional services outside standard plan management may incur fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement.
